Some of our customers are not comfortable with the tasks required to install either a website template or forum template onto their server. For this reason we offer a complete installation service for a one time fee of $39.99. You will still retain the ability to personalise your content as you see fit but all of the installation tasks will be completed for you so you can get your website up and running faster.

Specifically, our technicians will install any template products you have purchased from us onto your server ready for you to start adding your own personalised content. We will include the standard “dummy content” that accompanies our templates, to give you a good starting point. If you have purchased a phpBB3 forum template product from us, we will also include the installation of a new phpBB3 forum.

After purchasing a basic installation, you will receive an email from us requesting the necessary access details for your server as well as offering a timeslot to complete the installation. Access details typically include FTP, Control Panel access and forum administrator access (if applicable). We aim to have all installations complete within 72 hours of purchase, so you can expect us to be in touch soon after making your purchase.
